One of the most important things I have noticed about the fighters is good hygiene. These guys are susceptible to all different types of Staph infections; MRSA is very common right now. Tinea which is a fungus, some of the zoster’s out there, which includes shingles. It’s key for these guys to use real good products helping to prevent a multitude of infections both in training daily and absolutely before and after their fights. Hey listen it’s not only important for them to take care of their bodies but keeping their equipment clean too and all of their clothing.
