If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion along with your proof of purchase, within 14 days, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full dollar amount of your returned item(s). All items must be returned via UPS or insured USPS for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the returning party.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier please refuse the shipment and contact Manumission Skin Care immediately via email at CustomerService@ManumissionSkinCare.com or 516.608.0958. If the shipment is left at your location, save the package, packing materials and damaged items, and contact Manumission Skin Care immediately. It is the responsibility of the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
