If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion along with your proof of purchase, within 14 days, and we will be happy to refund your account for the full dollar amount of your returned item(s) less the original shipping charge. If you have received free shipping on your order your return will be debited the prorated shipping charge, which is typically $11.35 for orders of $50. All items must be returned via traceable UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the returning party.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier please refuse the shipment and contact Manumission Skin Care immediately via email at CustomerService@ManumissionSkinCare.com or 516.608.0958. If the shipment is left at your location, save the package, packing materials and damaged items, and contact Manumission Skin Care immediately. It is the responsibility of the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
