Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt except for weekends or holidays. All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to shipment. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All orders shipped to PO Boxes Military APO/FPO or the non-continental US will be shipped via the United States Postal Service regardless of shipping option selected on your order. Manumission Skin Care is unable to accept orders shipped to international mailing addresses at this time. Please email Customer Service to be notified when we are able to ship to your Country.
This easiest and fastest way to get current status and tracking information regarding your order is to log-in to your Account. Double-click the My Account button on any page of our website and log into your account to view.
If you have ordered online without creating an account and would like the current status of your order please email our customer service department or contact us at 516.608.0958. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number and tracking information, if available, will be displayed in you’re My Account Page. To track your order via the carrier's Web site utilize the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email at www.ups.com or www.usps.com. Please be advised some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 48 business hours after your order is shipped.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item selected is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the out of stock item. Out of Stock items are shipped as soon as they become available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. If for any reason you wish to cancel an out of stock item, please contact Customer Service or call 516.608.0958 and we will be happy to assist you.
All APO/FPO Orders will be shipped via USPS. In order to accurately register your order, please enter your name and address as usual. Next place your APO/FPO in the “City” field and either AE, AP or AA into the “State” field. All APO/FPO customers are liable for customs duty and/or purchase tax unless the order is a bona fide gift or intended for use by military personnel or their dependents. In most cases we have found this to be the case with the APO/FPO orders we have processed. We will select this option on form 2976-A unless otherwise indicated when you place your APO order or FPO order.

Manumission Skin Care accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes). We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses at this time. Manumission Skin Care
orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Listed below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during the "Checkout” process.
UPS Ground - Most orders shipped via UPS Ground Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. UPS Ground orders require a signature upon delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air - Most orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders require a signature upon delivery.
UPS Next Day Air - Orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air Service are delivered within 1-2 business days from the order's ship date. Overnight orders require a signature upon delivery.
Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses - Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories - Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S.Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands must be shipped via USPS.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
*Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays in the United States.
*Most orders with UPS Next Day Air Service or UPS 2nd Day Air Service will be shipped the same business day if placed by 1:00 PM ET.
*All orders require adult signature upon delivery unless delivered by USPS.
*UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are not available for shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii.
*We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
Manumission Skin Care accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. We are unable to accept any of the following methods of payment: COD, personal check, money order, or credit cards with billing address outside the United States. For your security we will not process orders where the billing name and shipping address do not match the credit card used for payment.
Your order will be charged for your purchase when your order is placed. We will credit you for any items that may be backordered or can not be shipped. For assistance with any billing questions, please contact

We are required by law to collect the appropriate New York State Sales Tax on orders being shipped to NY. If you have questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to contact Customer Service.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
Manumission Skin Care must limit all orders to no more than five (5) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 (not including shipping fees and sales tax) per customer per day. If you have any questions about this policy please contact Customer Service.
